Juanita Quinones
Founder and owner
She founded the company and still answers when a customer asks for the person in charge.
Juanita grew up in a house cooled by a swamp cooler on the roof, and she learned early what the monsoon does to one. She built the firm around three plain rules: say what you found, write the price down before the work, and speak the customer's language.
What she looks at first
- The ducts, before the equipment
- Whether a swamp cooler still has years in it
- The written quote, line by line
Languages
English and Spanish
How the firm runs
The office is small on purpose. Haydee schedules the crews, Israel leads the service technicians and Itzayana answers the phone. When something goes wrong, there is a name to ask for.
Juanita reads the written quote on every replacement with the customer, in English or Spanish, so nothing in it comes as a surprise.
